APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • InfoSphere Data Replication for Oracle may not correctly decrypt
the Begin Txn records when they are Encrypted due to Oracle TDE
being in used on tablespaces in the database.

This will result in some/much data not being replicated, and
operational degredation as IIDR fails to resolve/match the
Begin Txn info  Transaction Commit records.

Problem conclusion

  • Upgrading to IDR 11.4.0.2-5548 or newer for Oracle resolves the
issue.
