IJ24224: AFTER INSTALLING IFIX 5 FOR 7.6.1.1 WITH IE11 ASSET GO TO MENU NOT WORKING

Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
  Client just applied 7.6.1.1 IFIX 5. They have found a bug with
  IE11 with tivoli13 skin. Where the go to button doesn t work
  in
  the Asset and Location application when you are on a record.
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE
  Go to into Maximo use the 3 line bar menu to go to
  Assets, search for an asset, click on the Asset then click on
  the 3 line bar menu in the top to go to another application.
  All in IE11 as chrome works fine. I have to click on the Start
  Center( House) icon to be able to Access any other
  Applications.
