Error description

• (HPU 5.1 only) Db2 HPU can terminate with completion code of 8
  after having unduly issued the following error message:
  INZI151E ERROR WHEN FINDING MINIMUM DIVIDE SCALE, ERROR CODE: 12
  REASON CODE: 00000000
  As this issue is caused by a lack of initialization of a
  variable. It occurs only if the related memory area contains the
  name of the Db2 ssid against which Db2 HPU is being run.
