Error description

• The problem occurs for an XML insert to its history temporal
  table. ABEND S04E RC00E2000C in DSNSVSVB+00A54 because a storage
  leak issue where the XML thread eats out 2531328K long pool
  storage. Too many XML insert CUBs are created by DSNNOIRT and
  eat out the thread's storage long pool.

  During XML insert, DM would perform an insert to a temporal
  table with XML column. When processing inserts to the temporal
  table, XML created an XML CUB block to perform the insert,
  which was not freed. Too many CUBs caused storage pool reaching
  the limit, then caused abend at DSNICUBD.DSNSVSVB +x?00A54?.
  

Problem conclusion

• Db2 has been modified to free CUBs after INSERT finished.
