Accessing the Truven Flexible Analytics Logical Model

Abstract

This document describes how to request the Truven Flexible Analytics Logical Model for use with UDMH.

The analytical methodologies in the Truven Flexible Analytics offering are supported in UDMH 9.2 using a new logical data model (LDM) available to customers with entitlements to both Truven and UDMH.

To request the Truven Flexible Analytics Logical Model, please take the following steps:

1. Logon to the IBM Service Request (PMR) online tool
https://www.ibm.com/support/servicerequest

2. Create a new PMR against the IBM Unified Data Model for Healthcare

3. In the PMR description, please enter that you are requesting a copy of the Truven Flexible Analytics Logical Model

4. The UDMH support team will check your entitlement and will respond to you.
