Question
After upgrading WebGUI Fix Pack 17 to Test Fix 3, Java WebStart Map editor does not start correctly anymore throwing the following error message:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: https://hostname:port/ibm/console/webtop/classes/icu4j-54_1_1.jar
