Resilient versions before v35.2 are vulnerable to TLS v1.0 and v1.1 connections. These are no longer considered secure, therefore are not supported as of v35.2, Released in Jan 2020.

Remediation/Fixes
The CVE is resolved by installing version 35.2 by following instructions in https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSBRUQ_35.0.0/com.ibm.resilient.doc/install/resilient_install_upgrading.html. The software can be downloaded from resilient-35.2.32.run . Later versions of the product automatically include this fix.
