Troubleshooting
Problem
In an update of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft upgraded Excel's formula language to support dynamic arrays. Part of this upgrade adds the `@` symbol in front of certain formula types. In general, this upgrade should not cause any problems in IBM Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel, however if the Internet and network paths with hyperlinks setting is also enabled, this upgrade will impact certain TM1 functions in Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel. For more information about Microsoft's upgrade to Excel's formula language, see Implicit intersection operator: @.
Microsoft Excel by default enables Internet and network paths with hyperlinks, an AutoCorrect setting which automatically turns text that represents Internet and network paths into hyperlinks. This setting may interfere with TM1RPTROW functions.
Symptom
If the Internet and network paths with hyperlinks setting is enabled, you might experience difficulties double-clicking a TM1RPTROW function. You might be prompted to send an email, rather than the function expanding and collapsing.
