IBM Spectrum Conductor Deep Learning Impact 1.2.2 is now available with IBM Spectrum Conductor 2.3 as integral deep learning and distributed training components in IBM Watson Machine Learning Accelerator 1.2 (previously known as IBM PowerAI Enterprise).

IBM Spectrum Conductor Deep Learning Impact provides support for deep learning application logic. This includes the complete lifecycle management from installation and configuration, to building, optimizing, and training models. It works in combination with IBM Spectrum Conductor, a highly available and resilient multitenant distributed framework, providing the following key features in IBM Watson Machine Learning Accelerator 1.2:

• Distributed deep learning architecture that reduces the time it takes for training deep learning models across a cluster.
• Large model support helps increase the amount of memory available for deep learning models; enabling more complex models with larger data inputs.
• Enhanced data ingest and preparation, using Apache Spark for data management.
