Error description

• This APAR addresses two issues:
  
  1) When primary command PLANMGMT is used on panel ADB21K, the
  rebind line command (RB) may erroneously change the PATH input
  field value, and the rebind my result in error message DSNT216I:
  
  DSNT216I REBIND FOR
  PACKAGE = >package name< FAILED.
  BECAUSE AT LEAST ONE BIND OPTION SPECIFIED CANNOT
  BE CHANGED IN CONJUNCTION WITH PLANMGMT.
  
  DSNT233I UNSUCCESSFUL REBIND FOR
  PACKAGE = >package name<.
  
  
  2) APPLCOMPAT input field on Panel ADB21KRT
  'Rebind Trigger Package' may issue error message 'Invalid value'
  for valid values V11R1 and v12R1.
