Known problems, issues, and limitations
- APAR IO21680 - When using the Java PDF module, text may not get displayed if the text uses a font that is not embedded in the document and the font is not found.
- APAR IO21869 - When opening a Microsoft Excel document in the Page View when using the IBM Daeja ViewONE Professional Microsoft Office Module, annotations may not be displayed correctly or may be missing.
- Java JRE 1.7.0_45 is not supported by IBM Daeja ViewONE, version 4.1.1.
- The feature "Copy selected area to clipboard" copies the image plus any annotations inside that area to the clipboard for TIFF documents. For other document types, the annotations are not copied. If you copy a selected area over an existing annotation, the resulting paste is fragmented. If you want to include the annotations, use the "Copy page to clipboard" feature.
- If you install IBM Daeja ViewONE silently using an invalid response file, the installation fails but the log file does not provide the correct information and reports successful installation. This problem occurs only when you use a response file that is of valid format but for another edition of the product.
