Why would the CICS Cloud perspective in CICS Explorer which is pointing to my CICSplex return "Request Failed NOTPERMIT, USRID"? I can see all of my CICS regions and select each one from CICSPlex SM (CPSM).
There are no error messages in CA Top Secret security log for my user ID.
I am using CICS Transaction Server for z/OS (CICS TS) V5.1.
I recommend that you review the resource profiles and permissions described in topic Security for platforms and applications in the CICS TS documentation. If the user has the correct permissions then you should let CICS Support know so we can let you know what diagnostics to collect to determine the cause of the NOTPERMIT USRID.
