Abstract
Pasting numbered or bulleted lists from Microsoft Word into the rich text editor can result in formatting problems, such as duplicate numbering and loss of styles.
Content
To paste numbered lists into the rich text editor, try using a web browser other than Google Chrome, such as Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. If list numbers are duplicated, select and delete the second set of numbers.
Information for administrators: This problem occurs even after the RICH_TEXT_EDITOR_PASTE_CLEANUP key in the UI_SETTINGS component is set to YES.
