Accessing Rational Asset Manager gives the "CRJAZ0099E An HTTP error occurred when this URL was being accessed..." error

Troubleshooting

Problem

After you upgrade IBM Rational Asset Manager (RAM) and then access its Uniform Resource Locator (URL), the CRJAZ0099E An HTTP error occurred when this URL was being accessed: /ramccm/versionCompatibility?clientVersion=6.0 error appears.

Symptom

The full message is as follows:
Configuration Error. The IBM Rational Team Concert server is down.
CRJAZ0099E An HTTP error occurred when this URL was being accessed:
/ramccm/versionCompatibility?clientVersion=6.0. Error details:
Remote host closed connection during handshake.

You are seeing this screen because there appears to be an error in the repostitory configuration.

If you are the repository administrator, ensure the configuration is set up correctly-->
You can still navigate to /ramccm and /ramjts to see those Engineering Workflow Management and Change Configuration Management (CCM) items.
NOTE: The product IBM Rational Team Concert now refers to Engineering Workflow Management.
