Error description

• If all segments were not unloaded as sensitive, the HP Load
  could abend with ABEND0C4.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If all segments were not unloaded as    *

  HP Load could be ABEND0C4 if a DBD change was made with the
  segment type deleted.
  When counting the number of unloaded segments, HP Load will
  refer beyond the segment table if the deleted segment type is
  not found in the internal segment table.
  

Problem conclusion

• The HP Load has been modified to reference the internal segment
  table correctly.
