Error description

• Problem:
  
  In Maximo Anywhere 7.6.4 where MobileFirst has been
  removed when you run a build with no targets it will fail as it
  attempts to perform a MobileFirst build. When running a
  subsequent build after the versions may not update correctly
  which will cause a login failure with the store applications.
  
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  1. Change directory to
  Anywhere\MaximoAnywhere
  2. Run build.cmd.
  
  Result:
  
  Build
  fails with the following error.
  
  Target
  "update-appfeatures-for-appdistribution" does not exist in the
  project "Application Build Script".
  
  Expected Result:
  
  The
  default target perform a build all instead of mobilefirst build
