Problem
After installing IBM Tivoli Monitoring Language Pack on a TEPS only environment, all strings still show in English with Java Web Start Client.
Symptom
After installing IBM Tivoli Monitoring Language Pack on only TEPS, Eclipse Help Server, and TEP Browser Client installed environment, using Java Web Start client to login TEPS, all strings display in English.
