An abend 0CB occurred on a Divide Decimal (DP) instruction trying to divide by 0. The DP instruction is trying to compute the TRANSACTION RATE in this COMPUTE instruction: COMPUTE TRANSACTION-RATE = (XMGNUM / LAST-RESET-SECONDS) and LAST-RESET-SECONDS is 0.
