  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Using CM batch to perform a             *
  *                      DDL-import with the parameter to        *
  *                      convert to a readable WSL results       *
  *                      in the error message 'ADB9972E          *
  *                      ADBCCM Convert to Read WSL              *
  *                      Dataset not found'.                     *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR actually resolves 3 issues related to data sets
  used in readable WSL conversion:
  
  1) The CM batch interface does not use
  the change tag of the change when
  converting the WSL of the change to
  readable format when
  Action_convert_to_read_wsl = 'Y'.
  
  2) Action_convert_to_read_WSL is
  not using the prefix specified in
  prefix_for_data_sets parameter as
  documented in the user's guide.
  
  3) Parm chgtag_type = 'OWNER' might
  not work for changes in some
  work environments due to
  data set naming restrictions.
