Error description

• When using Change Management (CM) to import new DDL for two
  System Temporal tables whose relationship includes the
  new-for-Db2-V11 clause ON DELETE ADD EXTRA ROW.  The ON
  DELETE clause is lost

  *                      results in a WSL that does not contain  *
  *                      the ON DELETE ADD EXTRA ROW clause in   *
  *                      the ALTER TABLE ADD VERSIONING          *
  *                      statement.                              *

  Analyzing a change that has an ALTER TABLE ADD VERSIONING
  statement with an ON DELETE ADD EXTRA ROW clause results in
  a WSL without the ON DELETE ADD EXTRA ROW clause.
