  3 time(s) due to error in offset, length, or number.
  Some definition problems with the SMF99 subtype 1 record is
  causing the error.

  The SMF99 Reassembly Area Information and the SMF99 subtype 1
  self defining sections are incorrectly defined within the
  SMF_099 record definition, which causes message DRL0338W to be
  generated.
