Error description

  • (HPU 5.1 only) After the fix for APAR PH19393/PB5993 has been
applied, a Db2 HPU job hangs after having only issued the
    following messages:

    INZU219I PTFLEVEL=apar-Znnn-internalref

INZI529I THE PARMLIB PARAMETERS HAVE BEEN READ FROM:

    where nnn > 690.

This occurs when the following conditions are fulfilled:

    - the unload is run against a Db2 subsystem set with an EBCDIC
    SBCS CCSID different from 37

    - the VUM032/ACTLGUSR parmlib parameter is not set to
    CURRENT_USER

Local fix

  • If applicable, set VUM032/ACTLGUSR to CURRENT_USER and run the
unload on behalf of a userid having the privileges required for
the ""User who issues SELECT by using dynamic SQL
    (VUM032/ACTLGUSR)"".
