• ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  
  Public SaaS - Edit the Help Desk Start
  Center getting BMXAA0024E
  
  PROBLEM:
  
  Trying to edit a result
  set portlet on the OOTB Help Desk start center.
  
  Whenever I try
  to change the query this portlet is using, or create a new
  result set portlet pointing to an SR query, I get the following
  error:
  
  BMXAA0024E - The action ADD is not allowed on object
  MAXINTOBJDETAIL. Verify the business rules for the object and
  define the appropriate action for the object.
  
  Once I hit okay
  on this error, this second error pops up. (see uploaded
  screenshot)
  
  BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please
  contact your system administrator for assistance. Gather the
  logs from the <HOME> directory and determine where and why the
  error occurred.
  
  
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE: No.
  
  STEPS TO
  REPRODUCE:
  
  Go to Service Request app and make a filter from
  list tab
  Save the filter as a query
  Go to start center
  Add a
  new Result Set portlet
  Edit the portlet
  Try to enter the query
  that you created
  Get the BMXAA0024E error.
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS
  RESULT:
  
  Not able to edit or create new Result Sets in Start
  Center.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  
  Should be able to edit or create new
  Result Sets in Start Center.
