IJ22137: DELAY IN DATA VALIDATION FOR ALL APPLICATIONS COMBO BOX IN MAXIMO EVERY PLACE APPLICATION.

Error description

• DESCRIPTION: When an Application is created as a Maximo Every
  place Application the data validations on the combo box doesn't
  happen immediately as it happens in the Standard Application.
  The validation happens only after a click is made on other
  fields or areas outside of the combo box.
  
  STEPS TO
  REPRODUCE:
  A) Observe the PR(Purchase Requisition) Behavior in
  Standard Application
  1) Go to Purchase Requisitions Application
  ; Create a new PR
  2) Go to PR Lines tab and Click on ?NewRow?.
  By Default Line Type is set to ?Item?.
  3) Change the Line type
  from Item to Material. As soon as the value is entered, Item
  field will become read only and description field will be
  changed to Mandatory.
  4) This validation is working immediately
  in standard application as expected.
  
  B) Create a PR Everyplace
  Application
  5) Duplicate the Purchase Requisitions application
  and create it as Maximo everyplace application from application
  designer.
   Name it as "PR_EVERYPLACE_ISMOBILE" and the
  Description as "Purchase Requisitions_EVERYPLACE_ISMOBILE" ;
  Select ViewPort as "Default(1222x704) Is mobile as YES
   Now
  repeat the steps 1,2 and 3. that is
  7) Go to Purchase
  Requisitions Maximo Everyplace Application ; Create a new PR
  8)
  Go to PR Lines tab and Click on ?NewRow?. By Default Line Type
  is set to ?Item?.
  9) Change the Line type from Item to
  Material.
  
  RESULT:
  Even after changing the Line Type from Item
  to Material in the Maximo Everyplace Application, the Item
  field has not become ready only and Description as
  Mandatory.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  As soon as the Line Type is
  selected as Material, Item field should become read only and
  description field should get changed to a Mandatory field as it
  happens in the Standard Application.

Local fix

• In Maximo everyplace application validation for combo box is
  happening only after clicking on some other fields or Tab
  outside of the combo box. In this example "Line Type" combo
  box.
