IJ22003: ISSUE WITH NUMERANGE DOMAIN ON MAXIMO EVERYPLACE.

Error description

• PERFORMANCE ISSUE: NO
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1 - Login on Maximo
  as admin user.
  2 - Go to System Configuration > Platform
  Configuration > Domains.
  3 - Create a new NUMRANGE Domain as
  below:
  - Domain = TEMP
  - Data Type = DECIMAL
  - Lenghth = 16
  -
  Scale = 1
  - Range Segment = 1
  - Range Minimun = -55
  - Range
  Maximun = 45
  Save the record.
  
  4 - Go to Classifications and
  create a new one as below:
  - Classification = TEMP
  - Use with =
  JOBPLAN, JOBTASK, WOACTIVITY, WORKORDER.
  - Attribute = TEMP
  -
  Type = NUMERIC
  - Domain = TEMP
  Save the record.
  
  5 - Go to
  Application Designer.
  6 - Select QUICKREP
  7 - Duplicate the
  QUICKREP application as Mobile.
  8 - On QUICKREP mobile
  Application, go to Specifications Tab, include a new Table
  Collunm field on the Specifications Tablebody, as below:
  
  -
  Label = CLASSSPECVALUE
  - Attribute = {CLASSSPECVALUE}
  Save the
  Record.
  9 - Seach for QUICKREP (no mobile) applicaiton, and
  repeat the step 8.
  
  Save the record.
  
  10 - Log out of
  maximo.
  11 - Log in on Maximo as admin user.
  12 - Go to Quick
  Reporting (no mobile)application
  13 - Select a WAPPR
  Workorder.
  14 - Go to Specifications Tab.
  15 - On
  Classification field put TEMP.
  16 - On Specifications phane
  include a new row as below.
  - Attribute = TEMP.
  -
  CLASSSPECVALUE = 29, then press Tab on Keyboard.
  17 - Maximo
  will update the fields CLASSSPECVALUE and Numeric Value with
  29,0
  This is the spected behavior.
  
  17 - Go to Quick Reporting
  (mobile)application
  18 - Repeat the steps from 13 to
  16.
  
  ERRONEOUS BEHAVIOR:
  19 - As Mobile application, Maximo
  will not recognize 29 on NUMRANGE Domain.Then A Select Value
  Window is opened.
  
  
  ESPECTED BEHAVIOR:
  20 - Maximo should
  toupdate the fields CLASSSPECVALUE and Numeric Value with 29,0.
  As No Mobile application on step 17 above.

  Replicated issue on 7610 latest IFIX Release and 7611
  latest IFIX Release.
