Error description

• This APAR addresses the following symptoms:
  
  1. -904, ERROR: REASON 00E30100 in application while being
     monitored by CQM may occur
  
  2. HIGH CPU in DBM1 address space or CQM Master/ADH Master/CQR
     Master address space.
  
  Error in parallel monitor is corrected to eliminate the
  condition.
  

Local fix

• Add PARALLEL(N) to the CQMPARMS parameter file
