Error description

  • In the Activity Browser, when the Source is an "archive" (CQM
data offloaded to a DB2), the interval selection pulldowns do
not work correctly. If the user chooses (for example) an earlier
time for the "Start" interval, the "End" interval automatically
    changes to match.
    .
If the source is "QM Subsystem", a change to the "Start"
interval will only update the "End" interval if the new "Start"
time would be later than the "End" time. This same behavior
should apply when the source is an "archive".

Local fix

  • The workaround for this bug is to use the interface
provided by the menu choice Tools->Intervals. In the
dialog launched by that menu choice, you can choose
which intervals you want to view.
This method of choosing intervals does work in both the
"Archive" case and the "QM Subsystem" case.
