PI78809: KBML DOESN'T ALLOW TO INCLUDE DATE OF MOST RECENT OCCURRENCE ALERT IN MAIL THREAD.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Alert has attribute "datetime" which contains time of first
  alert. There is attribute "lastUpdateTimestamp" which is unix
  time of last occurrence but KBML doesn't have function to
  format this unix time to human format.
