Error description

• ABEND0C4-4 in CQMOXGAX at offset X'1CA0' occurs if R4
  contains zeroes instead of the expected FRR parameter list.
  
  
  This may cause DB2 ABEND S04F DSNV086E REASON=00E50054.
  

Local fix

• ** This APAR has 2 possible workaround options:
  Option 1. Add OBJECTS(N) to the CQMPARMS parameter file and
      recycle the Collector started task to pick up the parameter.
  
  Option 2. Ensure no DB2 threads are active in the DB2 being
      monitored when Query Monitor is shut down.
