Error description

  • The GOCCM proclib generated during subsystem registration
incorrectly had SISPTENU in STEPLIB DD and ISPLLIB DD.
Additionally, the GOCCM proclib  had SDSNEXIT and SDSNLOAD,
which should go into the Sxxxxx members in the PROCLIB library.
