2. Email attachments cannot be viewed when the email is annotated
   Using the IBM Daeja ViewONE (Daeja viewer), when viewing an annotated email with attachments, you are not able to see and open the attachments from the tree view in the same way as you can with a non-annotated email.

   We can use Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) to make it work.
7. Is it possible to use the same license on the non-java version ViewOne Virtual ?
   The non-java, HTML5 based ViewONE Virtual viewer is a completely new software package, that requires a completely new purchase. The existing license owned for the java ViewONE Pro version CANNOT be used with the Virtual product.
8. Would you like to have "Permanent Redaction Server Module" or "Microsoft Office Module" with IBM Daeja ViewONE, V4.1 or later ?
   You can add entitlements to the IBM Daeja ViewONE, V4.1 or later, that is integrated in IBM Content Navigator, IBM FileNet Application Engine, IBM FileNet Workplace XT, or IBM Production Imaging Edition.
9. How do we trigger Java script events while capturing Daeja Viewer toolbar actions ?
   Using the IBM Daeja ViewONE (Daeja viewer), the event handler has been set up to monitor event ID 38 containing a javascript alert. Therefore this alert should be displayed once the Daeja viewer is loaded, but it is not.

    Questions and answers on the expiration of Java certificates, which ECM products are affected, will IBM provide patches for the affected products, etc.

    The Streamer and Redaction server components of the IBM PIE viewer pro fail to load due to a missing jar file after installation of Workplace XT 1.1.5.2 Interim Fix 001.
13. Do you want to know when the Streamer is enabled, why does the PDF documents fail to display in the IBM Daeja ViewONE Viewer ?
    PDF documents do not display in the IBM Daeja ViewONE (viewer) and display an error message in place of the document. The issue is only seen when the Streamer component is enabled. The issue is intermittent as the same PDF document can be sometimes viewed correctly and yet sometimes fails, so the problem is not document specific.
14. Why does IBM Daeja ViewONE sometimes shows the error message "ViewONE is not licensed for this website" ?
    When attempting to load a document in IBM Daeja ViewONE (running a version prior to 4.1.x), the viewer starts to load but then the error below appears and the document is not displayed.
15. What is the reason behind IBM ViewONE Virtual that does not load through a reverse proxy ?
    A reverse proxy server is between ViewONE Virtual and the clients. All requests from the clients go through port 80 of the reverse proxy. The viewer does not load in such a configuration.
