This document lists the problems that have been fixed in InfoSphere Optim Query Workload Tuner, Version 4.1.0.1 and in the tuning features in the IBM Data Studio client, version 4.1.0.1.

Selecting a table node in an access plan graph and then selecting a "multiple columns frequency distribution" in the Description of Selected Node area would cause the phrase "invalid Hex Value" to be appended to the value in the Value column when the data type of the value was Decimal and the value was "NULL".
