Known Issue: Logging in to Case Manager applications fails when you log out and then try to log in as a different user

Abstract

If you log out of Case Manager Builder or Case Manager Client and then try to log in as a different user, the login fails.

Content

When you log out of Case Manager Builder or Case Manager Client, the application returns the view to the login panel for the application. If you try to log in again as a different user, the login is unsuccessful.

Workaround:

If you need to log out and log back in as a different user, clean the browser cache and then close the browser completely. Then, reopen the browser and reconnect to the Case Manager Builder or Case Manager Client login panel.
