End User Help in IBM Content Navigator



If you are using IBM Knowledge Center Customer Installed (KCCI) that was included in ICN 2.0.3 and earlier releases, update IBM Content Navigator to use the URL for the IBM Documentation:

Updates to IBM Knowledge Center Customer Installed (KCCI) are no longer provided as of IBM Content Navigator Version 3.0. The URL for the end-user help goes to IBM Documentation starting from 3.0 in fresh installs. The URL for the IBM Documentation is:
For the user help to link to the IBM Documentation, select Default for your desktop's 'End user help URL' setting.
If you are still using the legacy KCCI, please be aware that it includes the following jars that are vulnerable to CVE-2021-44228.
We recommend that you undeploy the KCCI application from the Application Server and remove the 'KnowledgeCenter' directory from your installation.
