Supported components

IBM Security Privileged Identity Manager

Version 2.1.1 requires Privileged Access Agent 2.1.1.
Version 2.1.0 requires Privileged Access Agent 2.1.0 with fix pack 9 or later.
Version 2.0.2 requires AccessAgent 8.2.2 with fix pack 21 or later.
Version 2.0.1, 2.0.0, 1.0.1.1, 1.0.1 requires AccessAgent 8.2.1 with interim fix 20 only.

SAP 7.5 or 7.4.

Supported languages

Built and tested on the English language platform only.

Prerequisites

Before you install the SAP AccessProfile, ensure that:

IBM Security Privileged Identity Manager 1.0.1 or later is deployed.
If you have an existing SAP AccessProfile, back up the existing SAP AccessProfile. Then, delete it from the IBM Security Privileged Identity Manager Server before you upload the new SAP AccessProfile.
If you have SAP 7.4, ensure that the registry key LandscapeFormatEnabled is set to 0.
Take note of the following key locations:

Windows 7 or later, 32-bit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\SAP\Saplogon
Windows 7 or later, 64-bit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\SAP\Saplogon

Configure the StartSaplogon registry key.
Set the Windows registry for SAP GUI on the client computer for the AccessProfile to work as intended.
Before you use the AccessProfile for single sign-on to SAP GUI for Windows applications, set the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SAP\SAPGUI\StartSaplogon to 0

SAP instance must be listed on the SAP system.
Ensure that you have the credential for check-out and check-in configured.

Installation Instructions

Download the package.
Extract the AccessProfile to a location on your computer.
Upload the AccessProfile.

Open the AccessProfile with AccessStudio.
Select the AccessProfile from the Data type pane.
From the toolbar, click Upload selected data to IMS.

For more AccessProfiles, go to the AccessProfile Library.
