PI33008 resolves the following problem:

ERROR DESCRIPTION:
IBM WebSphere Application Server Liberty Profile could allow an attacker to gain elevated privileges on the system.

LOCAL FIX:

IBM WebSphere Application Server Liberty Profile could allow an attacker to gain elevated privileges on the system.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
The code was modified to alleviate this vulnerability.
