PI27023 resolves the following problem:

ERROR DESCRIPTION:
Intelligent Management enabled WebSphere plug-in stops routing after an application is removed from a WebSphere Liberty cluster and later added back to the same cluster

LOCAL FIX:

PROBLEM SUMMARY

USERS AFFECTED:
All users of IBM WebSphere Application Server using Intelligent Management in the WebSphere plug-in

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Intelligent Management enabled WebSphere plug-in stops routing after an application is removed and re-added to a cluster

RECOMMENDATION:
None

The routing table maintained by the Intelligent Management in the WebSphere plug-in goes out of sync after an application is removed and re-added to a cluster, which causes it to stop routing requests to the application.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Intelligent Management in the WebSphere plug-in was changed to fix the problem.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.4. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for delivery information:
