This fix pack includes all fixes completed since the release of 4.1.0
This fix pack contains the following fixes:
- IV61674: eezaladapter "ConnectException: CTGRI0081E RXA internal command run on <> could not be completed during the specified timeout
- IV63295: 'cfghacadapter -s' results in NullPointerException rc = 9
- IV65773: EEZJ0604W and EEZF0006E a JAVA.RMI.REMOTEEXCEPTION: CORBA NO_MEMORY
- IV67583: Policy checker creates warnings parsing a correct XML policy file
- IV68054: Domain communication changes from OK to AsynFailed back to OK within short time
- IV69162: Policy activation fails with "comparison method violates its general contract!"
- IV69257: HACMP Adapter needs IBM.HacmpRgRm to be running, but the hacadapter script doesn't currently trigger/request it
- IV69182: Loading huge policy takes a long time
- IV69921: "Set Availability Target" dialog cannot be opened for a ServerGroup from the "Explore Automation Domains" page
- IV73536: SA AM console/dashboard hangs due to Dash/JazzSM. results in WAS hang that prevents communication with automation domain
- IV75440: Many "EEZD0150E request overdue" messages.
Tivoli System Automation Application Manager 4.1
The first step before installing 'System Automation' is to view the 'Tivoli System Automation Application Manager 4.1

Note: Starting with fix pack 4.1.0.1 the minimum version of Jazz for Service Management has changed. Before installing any fix pack, upgrade Jazz for Service Management to the required level.

Known problems
TreeTable Refresh problem:
Symptoms:
- Resource Tree is not refreshed and does not display the domain resources after logging in to a FLA domain
- On Policy activation page, the domain hierarchy is not updated correctly after activating/de-activating an end-to-end policy
Fix:
Install the following interim fix provided by JazSM: 1.1.2.0-TIV-JazzSM-DASH-Cumulative-Patch-0001
User customized SA pages don't display as expected when opening them from welcome page:
Symptom:
If you re-arrange widgets on one of the predefined SA dashboards and save these customizations, the link from the SA Welcome Page will still open the pages using their original layout.
Workaround:
You have to use the navigation tasks in the DASH navigation bar to open the dashboards with your layout changes.
Other customizations - e.g. configured columns in tables - are stored differently and will also be visible when launching the pages from the Welcome Page.
Topology node selection with a browser or desktop zoom level greater than 100% does not work reliably.

Various problems when using Internet Explorer as browser, e.g.
Symptom:
Right-click in topology displays does not show context menu and causes communication error
Workaround:
Use left-click to select an obect and the the Actions menu in the toolbar to open the context menu
Symptom:
Status gauges on "Domain and Automation Health" page have scroll bars
Workaround:
Resize the browser window
Search in Resources TreeTable sometimes produces wrong results when groups are expanded.
Workaround: The Search works if all groups are collapsed.
