Abstract
The HTTP import binding cannot connect to the HTTPS service through the HTTP proxy and receives a ServiceUnavailableException.

JR32442 resolves the following problem:
ERROR DESCRIPTION:
When an HTTP binding calls an HTTP target service using an HTTP proxy server, the call fails with the following exception: ServiceUnavailableException: Could not obtain a connection to the destination. Failed to process the request.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
HTTP import bindings cannot connect to an HTTPS service through an HTTP proxy.
RECOMMENDATION:
None
PROBLEM SUMMARY:
An HTTP import binding sets up Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) handshakes with a proxy but does not provide enough information for the proxy to set up an SSL handshake between the HTTP proxy and the back-end service.
PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Apply this interim fix to resolve the problem.
