The following APARs were fixed in this PTF *:

IZ51678 - Compile-time performance issue
IZ44152 - Compiler limit exceeded with -qoptimize=3
IZ51687 - Issues with 64 bit add operation at -O2
IZ47427 - Long compile time in ipa64 with -qoptimize=3
IZ47922 - Internal compiler error in xlCcode
IZ48062 - Compilation hang in xlCcode
IZ51655 - Compiler error in xlcentry with -qhot
IZ51690 - DoThrowV6 during exception handling
IZ51692 - Duplicate dbg symbols increase object size
IZ51693 - Errors with -g -qtls=global-dynamic
IZ51719 - May 2009 PTF for XL C for AIX, V10.1
