Abstract

Instructions for downloading IBM Information Server Version 8.0.1 Fix Pack 2.

Download Description

Important: Fix Pack 2 must be installed on all computers that run the client, domain, and server layers.

Read this information if you plan to upgrade your current release of IBM Information Server Version 8.0.1 with IBM Information Server Version 8.0.1 Fix Pack 2.

Important: IBM Information Server Version 8.0.1 Fix Pack 2 cannot be uninstalled.

Prerequisites

The IBM Information Server Version 8.0.1 Fix Pack 2 can only be installed on an existing IBM Information Server Version 8.0.1 or Version 8.0.1 Fix Pack 1a installation.

Read the IBM Information Server Version 8.0.1 system requirements and the Fix Pack 2 release notes before you install the fix pack.

Installation Instructions

1. Download the installation files from the Download package section below.
2. Open the IBM Information Server Version 8.0.1 Fix Pack 2 Release Notes and follow the instructions to install the fix pack.
