PK75632 resolves the following problem:

ERROR DESCRIPTION:
You are unable to use the startManager, stopManager, or serverStatus commands for IBM WebSphere Extended Deployment High Availability deployment manager or On Demand Router (ODR).

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Unable to start, stop, or check status of Extended Deployment backup deployment manager (dmgr) or On Demand Router (ODR)

RECOMMENDATION:
None

The commands startManager and stopManager fail against the WebSphere Extended Deployment backup dmgr. The commands startServer and stopServer fail against the On Demand Router (ODR). And the serverStatus command fails against both. This is caused by a defect in WebSphere Application Server V7.0 that failed to recognize the SOAP proxy connector address SOAP_PROXY_CONNECTOR_ADDRESS.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
The commands have been fixed to recognize the SOAP connector proxy address, and now function correctly.
