Troubleshooting
Problem
While exporting records using the ClearQuest Eclipse Client by right-clicking on a query and Selecting Export Records, all the
records returned by the query are not exported to the export file.

Symptom
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create more than 10 000 records, for example, 16800 records.
2. Set my hard query limit to be 20 000.
3. Set the soft query limit to be 10 000.
4. Export alldefects query, including all records. Use a defect record and the ClearQuest import format.
5. Look in c:\export\EXPORTALLRECORDS.txt, and you will see that only 10001 records are exported.
Result: Only 10 000 records are exported.
Note: If you use the save query resultset choice, it does export more than 10 000 records in SAVEQUERYRESULTSET.TXT.
