The following APARs were fixed in this PTF:


    IY85042 - Internal compiler error -qfloat=nofold -O2
    IY85936 - Error with memset when optimized
    IY86833 - Duplicate stanza names in vac.cfg
    IY87529 - Error in /usr/include/sys/ras.h v1.15
    IY87530 - Link failed in ipa with stub library
    IY87531 - Functions not getting inlined
    IY87548 - Compilation time much longer using -O3
    IY87549 - August 2006 XL C V7.0 PTF
    IY87994 - August 2006 SMP Runtime Libraries V1.6 PTF
