Fix packs are cumulative, so fix pack 12 (formerly CSD12) incorporates all previous fix packs for WebSphere MQ V5.3 and WebSphere MQ Express V5.3.

You will then be asked to register and finally presented with a set of downloadable files. Select the download for the platform you require. There are no individual downloads for WebSphere MQ V5.3 Express. Simply download WebSphere MQ V5.3 for the relevant platform.
Install this fix pack on top of IBM WebSphere MQ V5.3 or WebSphere MQ Express V5.3
