Error description

• From screen ZMENU in the classic interface
  Select H  HISTORICAL ........... Online historical information
  From screen ZHIST
  Select B  THREAD HISTORY.......... Near-term thread history info
  On screen ZHAFL
  Set a filter, for example PACKAGE         =  DSNESM*
  Press enter twice to enter filter and confirm
  Now you should be on screen ZHARP (screen name is at top left
  next to command input area)
  Enter E for thread summary next to an interval

  Receive screen ZHATACT and error message

  The code listing is in TDDB2.D2540REL.QD2J007.LISTING(KO2CNASB).
  The code which is abending is at label FILT1250.
  The problem with the code is twofold:
  FILT1250 DS    0H
           LA    @W7,P#HFPKG             POINT TO PACKAGE
  FILTERING
           IC    @W8,P#HFPKGC            COUNT OF PACKAGE
  FILTERING
  
  (1) @W7 is being used as a base register, so leave it alone.
  (2) @W8 is not cleared before loading with the count value.
  @W8 contains a huge number FFFCCB7D and has been used in a BCT
  loop until the abend occurred.
