Error description

• Subtasks abend with user 4095, main task gives condition code 00
  Recovery appears to be ok.
  DRF running with the USEDBDS option. USEDBDS option indicates
  to DRF that the user previously restored a "user-ic" and had
  registered a RECOV record in the RECON.  DRF will just apply
  Log/CA updates from the point indicated in the RECOV record.  No
  ICs will be restored by DRF so the tool does not build an IC
  list for recovery.
  DRF tried to access the IC list even though in this case, one is
  not available.

  DRF completed recovery for a database data set but still
  produced an ABEND0C4 after deallocation.  This occurs in logic
  that attempts to access volume information from an image copy
  list.  Since the user restored a user image copy prior to
  running DRF, as indicated by the use of the USEDBDS option, an
  image copy list was not generated.  When DRF tried to access
  the volume information it accessed unallocated storage and
  produced the ABEND0C4.
