• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Incorrect size allocation of Snapshot History dataset in R310.
  The user sets the size in ICAT to a value of his choice, but
  the actual allocation ignores the user set value and allocates
  the file to 5 tracks primary, 5 tracks secondary.
  

Local fix

• Pre-allocate the history files to the desired size using JCL in
  a batch job or via ISPF Allocation option.
