PK17047: ALC COMMAND REMOVES THE COPY YES SYNTAX FROM THE CREATE INDEX DDL

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool ALC line command does not keep the
  correct value for the COPY YES/NO syntax for the CREATE INDEX
  DDL generated when the index is dropped and recreated as a side
  effect of a change.
  

Local fix

• Add the COPY YES syntax as needed.

Problem conclusion

• ADB2REG has been changed so that it recognizes COPY NO as the
  default for CREATE INDEX.
