Error description

• Permanent view is not disabled in BROWSE mode causing saved CSET
  commands to apply to all tables.  This APAR will correct the
  behavior to the specific table for which it was intended.

  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *

  Changes were made to enable permanent view in browse mode.
  All saved CSET commands can now be accessed via either edit or
  browse mode. This also prevents corruption of the ISPTLIB,
  which can cause unexpected sorting of columns and possibly a
  U0050 ABEND.
